After spending ungodly amounts of time on the phone, I have clearly found the formulas that do work and the ones that fail BADLY.
Now I can comfortably say that the key to increasing your closing rate in 2020 is avoiding hard-selling at ALL COST. โ

They want to feel like the ones that made the decisions. Not just any decisions, but the right one that will change their lives forever.
The best way to get them to that level is to implement KLT.

Before they make a purchase.
Building rapport and expressing to them how going with me is the OBVIOUS choice is vital in every single one of my calls.
I don't try to sell them on the benefits.
I spike their emotions and make them feel like โI get them and truly understand their needs.
My goal is to make them feel like they are buying from someone who can date their daughter. ๐

Okay, not the best example.
Someone that they can trust with their brand new Ferrari
If I have any bit of confusion or lack of trust then I can predict the call will falter and inevitably fall through the floor.
If they KLT me then the close will be like a slice of rich chocolate cake, or red velvet if thatโs your taste ;)
The point is to show them how much you handle your business and are a likable, trustworthy person who I feel I know.
If you can do this in your next call, you will see the difference in how they talk to you.
