The Key PR's decision to return to the office this May was rooted in the belief that working collaboratively leads to better understanding and comprehension, team-building, creativity, and quality of work.

Our in-office schedule was designed to respect the flexibility we have all grown accustomed to, while also ensuring that every teammate has the same opportunities to grow professionally.

We’ve already seen incredible results from opening our doors again…

One of our Key Agreements is “Take Care” - and over the past several months, we've been thinking a lot about how to truly live it, as individuals and as a team. This past August, we put "Take Care" into practice by giving our team the chance to take one week off in August.
