Over the past several months, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with our partners at to design and produce Fast Forward, a conference bringing together leaders from the middle-mile logistics industry.
Attendees traveled from across Europe to connect, learn, and collaborate in Rome. During load-in, our crew could be heard speaking Italian, English, German, and Polish as they built two back-to-back keynote stages, four breakout rooms, and an expo floor featuring a lightning stage and semi-private networking spaces known as The Yard.
Those languages, and many more, were translated live across every stage and presentation, creating a seamless and inclusive experience for attendees from around the world.
The program also featured an awards ceremony and reception at Casali del Pino, where attendees gathered in the Roman countryside to celebrate the people, partnerships, and accomplishments driving the industry forward. Against a backdrop of rolling hills and historic charm, the evening offered a meaningful opportunity to connect beyond the conference floor.
From concept to ex*****on, Fast Forward was a true reflection of what happens when global audiences come together to move an industry forward.
