🚀 WE’RE HIRING: PLAYABLE PRODUCTION & VENDOR MANAGER 🎮

Are you an organized, proactive production professional who enjoys managing creative projects, coordinating teams, and working with external vendors?

AdLiven is looking for a Playable Production & Vendor Manager to join our team in Bangkok! If you have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and an interest in the world of interactive advertising and playable ads, we’d love to hear from you. 🙌

🎯 What You’ll Do
▪ Manage the end-to-end production of playable ad projects, from kickoff to final delivery
▪ Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to keep projects on track
▪ Manage vendor relationships, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
▪ Review and track project progress, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
▪ Identify and resolve production issues and help improve workflows and processes
▪ Support the team in delivering high-quality interactive experiences

✨ What We’re Looking For
▪ Experience in production, project management, or vendor management
▪ Strong organizational and communication skills
▪ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
▪ Experience working with creative, design, animation, or development teams is a plus
▪ Experience in the gaming, advertising, or digital production industry is a plus
▪ Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
▪ Based in Thailand.
▪ Fluent English required. TOEIC 800+ preferred (or IELTS 6.5+ equivalent).
▪ Thai language is a plus but not required.
▪ Must be legally authorized to work in Thailand. AdLiven does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

✅ What You'll Do

▪ Create mockups and storyboards for playable ad concepts.
▪ Design custom game assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
▪ Prepare and optimize developer-ready asset packages.
▪ Collaborate closely with developers to integrate assets into playable ads.
▪ Maintain the original game's visual style while adapting it for ad performance.
▪ Stay up to date with mobile game art trends and best practices.

✅ What We're Looking For

▪ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Game Art, or equivalent experience.
▪ Strong portfolio showcasing game art and UI/UX design.
▪ Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
▪ Experience creating assets for mobile games or web applications.
▪ Understanding of game design principles and current mobile gaming trends.
▪ Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile platforms.
▪ Familiarity with animation principles and sprite sheet creation.
▪ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
▪ Good written and spoken English communication skills.
