I designed this landing page as part of the Flux Academy Web Design Challenge.

2026: Solidify my presence as a freelance web designer.

This concept project is based on a company called “GameEdge Training” that helps busy adult soccer players rebuild strength, speed, and stamina to compete at their best in local tournaments. ⚽️

Version 2.0 of my personal website is launch 🚀

💻From in to build in 💻

Why did I redesign my website? I wanted to include my latest projects as well as a more accurate description of my work process. A better description of what I do, and the service I offer. I also wanted to take the opportunity to implement a better layout and new building techniques I’ve learned so far.

I hope by visiting my personal you get a better sense of the type of work I do and service I offer. Link to my website in my bio 👨🏽‍💻

🚀WEBSITE IS LIVE🚀

Well, this is something I should’ve done long time ago. Anyways, my website is up and live on the www. It’s far from done as everyday my head is bombarded with ideas to either improve it or add content that is relevant to my my work.

I used to build my website, why? don’t you know how to code? Code is a tool to solve a problem and webflow is a great tool. Yes, I know how to code but my problem wast that I wanted to develop a website fast and following the principals of web development. I dislike website builders because there are some that don’t follow the principals of a website layout.

I believe my problem was, even thought I have a great tool at my hand, to built a perfect portfolio website. From ideation to high-fidelity mockup, I was trying to design the “perfect” website. That approach slow me down so many times because I kept redoing the design over and over again.

A valuable lesson I learn from the process of ideation all the way to building my website is that there is no perfect final version. There is iteration from version one to the next version and so on. Another lesson that I can think is that your website has to solve your main problem. For me it was to create a portfolio website where I can share my work, my process and who I am.

TGI MONDAY 🙌🏼

Today I continue with udemy javascript course from . The current chapter is about async javascript. This is a subject that i’ve never touch, not sure why. Maybe because it’s not necessary to build a responsive website. But, I know that projects can get complex and I believe async javascript will be there to help.

I haven’t forgot about my website. I’m still working on the design little by little 😁.

Have a great start of the week ya’ll! ✌🏽 @ San Francisco, California

PERSONAL WEBSITE OTM(on the making?)

Since COVID-19 has slow down both my part-time job and freelance business, it’s time to work on my personal website. Why don’t you have one yet? Great question, honestly it would make sense to have a website once you start your freelance business but in my case I didn’t have much to include on a personal website. But now, I can include a few jobs that I have done so far, my current skills and things that i like to work on.

I’m currently looking at different portfolios on pinterest, dribble and awwwards in order to have my creative juice flowing. Gathering ideas on a mood board is an important part of designing a website because here is where you go from an idea in your head to a concrete design. And for me, this process is really fun, you never know what cool idea will show in your brain 🤓

I already bought a domain name, this way I have more incentive to build my personal website. Also, the way I’m building my website is from scratch, no website builders, plugins or fancy libraries (maybe later 😁). This way I can use all the knowledge I have about web development and best practices.

It’s a long weekend here in the USA, stay safe and wear your mask 😷, protect the vulnerable. What are your plans for this long weekend?👨🏻‍💻 @ San Francisco, California

"One more try"
°
That is what I say everytime I practice a new trick on the skateboard. That sense of commitment to land a trick and the reward you feel when you land a new trick is a feeling hard to describe if you haven't skate before.
°
I translate the same commitment I have when I go skating to my daily work. The "one more try" idea. This idea help me to improve my design skills and development skills.

One more try can take you to the next level ✌🏽 @ San Francisco, California
