Kareena is the founder of digital diary, an online space for the ones who feel things deeply, who are doing the work, and who still need the occasional reminder that they are not alone in it.

She grew up in a culture where mental health was never part of the conversation. No language for it, no space for it. So she did the only thing that felt available to her. She wrote it down. And over time, that private habit became something open, shared, and built for anyone who has ever felt like their experience was too much, or not enough, to bring into the light.

Four years in, I’ve learned that the best projects don’t start with a brief. They start with alignment.

💡 The founders I do my best work with aren’t necessarily the most established or the most ready. They’re the ones who show up with real work, a willingness to be seen, and a sense that their brand should feel like something, not just look like something.
