En un mundo lleno de espinas es difícil encontrar una zona hermosa. Pero aprendí a enfocarme en buscar esta zona hermosa a que quedarme estancada en las espinas… La vida es complicada aveces, inca , duele, apesta, es fea …. Pero el saber que se puede lograrse ser más llevadera, feliz, sin mucho dolor y en paz … es lo que me ayuda a levantarme cada día.
La vida no deja de ser complicada, como dices… pero el cambio está en dónde eliges poner tu atención. No significa ignorar el dolor, sino no dejar que sea lo único que defina tu experiencia.

Life is complicated sometimes—it hurts, it stings, it can be ugly… But knowing that it can become more manageable, happier, with less pain and more peace… that’s what helps me get up every day.
Life doesn’t stop being complicated, as you say… but the change lies in where you choose to place your attention. It doesn’t mean ignoring the pain, but not letting it be the only thing that defines your experience.
