Left Coast T-Shirt Company is a fun growing company looking for leadership in our screenprinting department. The general responsibility of the job is to facilitate the production of screenprinted goods in the most efficient manner possible. The duties of the job include oversight of all aspects within the screenprinting process, including but not limited to: machine operation, screen prep, ink chemistry, garment staging/packing, shop cleanliness, machine maintenance, quality control, staff development and overall workflow. We are an M&R shop with two 14-color autos. We have a Douthitt CTS and tri-lock. Applicant must be analytical and use systems that report accurate production efficiencies. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are required. Knowledge of pad printing, and/or embroidery is a solid plus.

All applicants must be able to lift 50lbs overhead and cannot be colorblind.

We're looking for a full 40 hours per week. There is also some overtime work during busy seasons.

Previous management experience is required. All applicants must have a resume.

Compensation: Pay will depend on experience and includes benefits.
