Fabrica Collective

Fabrica Collective We are a creative digital agency in NYC. Helping ambitious businesses profit from our big brand dig We design and develop websites and apps.

Fabrica is a creative collective that applies AI strategically and creatively to build brands, websites, and applications for clients, and increasingly, products of our own. For clients: We craft branding, storytelling, and digital experiences. As AI reshapes creative work, we help teams integrate it through consulting and hands-on workshops. Our ventures:
Amplified Imagination. A framework and co

urse teaching creative professionals to use AI as a catapult, not a crutch
Legacy Pod. A platform for capturing and preserving meaningful personal histories
Here Now. A location-based social experience launching early 2026

What connects all of it: AI should amplify human creativity, not replace it. That conviction shapes how we build for clients and what we choose to build ourselves. Founded by Mark Fallows, host of The Impossible Network podcast, with 30 years in advertising, brand strategy, and creative technology.

What do what autonomous AI agents actually mean for the future of work.

Not the hype. Not the sci-fi. The real, structural shift that's coming for knowledge workers, and why most people's instinct that "it won't happen to me" is the most dangerous assumption you can make right now.

If you've got five minutes and want to understand why the next three years will make the last three look like a warm-up, this one's worth a read.

I'd love to know what you think.

Last week I posted about OpenClaw MoltBook and the sentience question. The response was polarizing, thoughtful, dismissive, and capricious, yet all fascinating.

Join us at .

This project is the beginning of a commitment, a dialogue, a community to establish collectively generated approaches to rebuilding our neighborhoods' connective tissue, reestablishing them as vibrant and thriving ecosystems.

This project's seed was sown several years ago, well before COVID, when Vanessa Barboni Halik started noticing the fast pace at which her neighborhood, New York's West Village, was transforming. While researching the subject, we were astounded by the increased restaurant and small-business closures throughout all boroughs. COVID laid the urgency bare, and we decided to take some action.

Opportunities and solutions are at hand to build back (much) better, but it requires participation, and we gratefully ask for yours.

Please join us, share, and if you live in the village (our starting point), please head to the website and take the survey and schedule a meeting.

If you don't live in New York's West Village, follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter. We will share our process along the way.

With gratitude,

Mark, Vanessa, Elaine, & Jenna

Last month as the impact of the Covid19 spread, we asked our ‘Collective’ who was stepping up and producing cut-through public service messaging and ads? Dave Birss, in London, connected us to the wonderful James Keet and Jason Hodson. We chatted and Fabrica offered to help get their marvellous posters out of home distribution.

Within 12 hours we’d connected with John Laramie, Founder of Project X about his innovative OOH network. Three days later the posters were live on many London out of home sites. London done. New York next.

The result validated our vision of networks working for the collective good, in a fast, agile, ego-less way.

James and Jason, the UK creative duo, had created these public health information posters based on posters from the first and second world wars. The campaign - called “WarOnCovid19” - was created to give people clear instructions about what to do in the crisis. They came up with the idea after they noticed people still weren’t taking social distancing seriously, and how it felt like more needed to be done to protect the efforts of the health services. They are modern takes on old war posters because those posters were incredibly effective at persuading people to behave in certain ways.

‘The less control we have over our attention the more susceptible we are to depression and anxiety’

It’s why we need to take back control of our attention from technology and devices.

The power of story with former BBC International Correspondent and Anchor. Reporting from over 60 countries and hostile environments on some of the most significant stories of recent times, honored in the Asian Woman of Achievement Awards, Chief of Communications for the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates and most recently founder of Content company Miran Media, is this week’s guest Navdip Dhariwal.
In this extended episode we cover the challenges of growing up in a Indian immigrate family in racially charged 70’s London, how she confronted racial and gender bias to build a stellar career in journalism and broadcasting in the conventional white male middle class culture of the BBC.
We discuss Navdips perspective on the state and evolution of the BBC, today’s changing media environment and the privilege of being a journalist
Her perspective on risk, fear and her commitment to journalism, using data to deliver authentic storytelling
She also explains her embrace of kismet over serendipity, predetermination and the importance of carving your own path
Finally we discuss her views of the challenges India faces in the coming years and her hope for humanity.
I hope you enjoy this convention challenging, truth seeking episode with Navdip Dhariwal .

Uisge is the Scottish Gaelic
word for Water, pronounced ‘oosh-guh’
Most Spirits are enjoyed with a mixer, and for many, whisky is no exception.
Whisky has a wonderful array of aromas and flavors which is why experts recommend adding nothing more than a dash of water.
Adding water removes the alcohol prickle, and opens up the aromas and flavors of the whisky.
They also suggest adding the water that made the whisky or water from the source as the whisky.
That's why Graeme Lindsay, founded Uisge Source bottled spring waters from private sources either close to, or from distilleries in the whisky regions of Scotland.
At Fabrica we are happy to have helped Graeme launch his first e-commerce site and open the store to whisky drinkers of the world.
