When you finally get a little break, it’s so tempting to just scroll and zone out.

But if you’re already on social media, you might as well let it work for you a little bit.

Especially if you’re in that place where:
• You feel stuck with what to post
• Your page feels “meh” but you don’t know what to fix
• You know you need to stay relevant, but you’re not seeing real results yet

Here’s what to do in your downtime instead of just scrolling:
1️⃣ Look at your old posts and find the ones that did well. That’s your proof of what your audience actually wants more of.
2️⃣ Refresh your bio, links, and pinned posts so they match where you’re at right now, not last year.
3️⃣ Save content that inspires you, not content that makes you feel behind. Use it as a springboard, not a comparison trap.
4️⃣ Do a quick clean up so your page feels clear, simple, and easy to understand.
5️⃣ Jot down ideas, questions people ask you, or topics you want to talk about. Future you will be so grateful.

You don’t have to overhaul everything in one day.
Tiny, simple actions during your downtime add up.
