Roast Beef on pretzel sliders with Swiss, spicy aioli, and arugula along with chicken salad on cheese rolls and ham salad on Kings Hawaiian. The pastrami Smoked Salmon from Sals Fresh Fish at Moulton Farms is always a huge hit!!!

Some private party personal chef offerings. Lasagna Bolognese, lemon chicken with spiced rice, roasted and raw zucchini salad with crispy pancetta, parm cheese, roasted red pepper, and lemon vinaigrette, tenderloin of beef with horseradish cream, and Gorgonzola cheese.

Mediterranean shrimp and chicken on a bed of tomato spinach and garlic coulis, with lemon caper sauce! That was eaten up by my client pretty quickly!!

I am pretty excited about the first BBQ chicken of the season with fresh asparagus and garlic Naan . The old grill that survived a bear attack last year and is about 20, fired right up!! ☺️

Not sure how I feel about these, they are cinnamon rolls made with yogurt and cottage cheese ( no yeast). They have a maple glaze. It was worth a try!! 🌲
