I’m looking for a junior operator who thinks creatively and wants real responsibility.

This is not a VA or social media manager role.

You’ll help with:

• Breaking down outlier YouTube videos (why they worked)
• Generating strong video ideas, hooks, and title drafts
• Structuring scripts and content calendars
• Coordinating with editors + thumbnail designers
• Tracking performance and suggesting optimizations

Your job: become my second brain operationally so I’m not spread thin.
