Here’s a few simple ways we can all support the LGBTQ+ community this month & EVERY month:

- Purchase books written by q***r authors
- Donate to , , or other local organizations (or if you’re local to me, the )
- VOTE for politicians who actively support LGBTQ+ rights
- Use your platform to amplify q***r voices

We can’t all do everything, but we can all do SOMETHING! It’s our responsibility to ensure future generations have MORE rights, not less 🏳️‍🌈✨

May was a jam-packed rollercoaster of emotions & I’m feeling especially grateful for my husband and all the amazing women in my life who helped keep me afloat.

As I’ve navigated some very low lows, I’m even more firm in my belief that I will never separate my life/mental health journey from my business because the two are undeniably intertwined. There is nothing more important to me than ensuring women who struggle in the same ways I do know that they’re not alone & it’s not ‘just them.’

My biggest hope is that women who struggle with anxiety or depression, women with CPTSD, women who struggle with their self worth, women struggling in the with motherhood (and so much more) can see that building a business is still possible — and it’s okay that it doesn’t look like everyone else’s.

Cheers to a better, brighter month ahead ✌🏼✨

I strive to live my values in everything — how I run my business, who I work with, and in the new offers I’m currently creating.

My mental health struggles, my personal (ongoing) evolution, my capacity as a mom of 2 without any grandparents to lean on — all of these things tie into my entrepreneurial journey.

No shade on those who have partners who make loads of money, have families that take their kids so they can have a break, or don’t have to navigate childhood trauma hijacking their nervous systems while they build businesses.

But for me, transparency is essential. Many of the people we see being crazy successful had resources or support that not all of us have. So much of entrepreneurship is behind the scenes and I want to ensure that people see the truth — all the ups and downs, the tears, the joy, the messy middle 🫶🏼

We’re living in the most digitally connected era in history, yet many have never felt more alone.

The antidote to that loneliness and desire for connection isn’t better content strategy, it’s more honest storytelling.

Stop the scroll + give me 30 seconds to yap about this photographer (or at least swipe to the end of this carousel to see the only photo we have together — not my best 🤣).

Okay, PICTURE THIS: we’re lying side by side in meditation at a retreat, I’m (not quietly) crying about my dead mom, and this woman next to me doesn’t awkwardly pretend not to notice.

Instead, she leans over, tells me she’s in the dead mom’s club too, and just... stays there with me.

Instant besties, obviously.

Since that September afternoon, we’ve been trading services, trading childcare, and trading support through all of life’s chaos (and there is so much chaos — truly, gahhhdamn).

There’s something really special about finding your people in the most unexpected, vulnerable moments.
