-you knew that already.
But… there’s just one tiny problem…
NOBODY WANTS TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND TALK…
They claim don’t follow up, that they don’t answer their phones…
You know who else doesn’t answer their phones… Buyer leads… Seller leads… people that actually requested to be contacted…
I get it…
I don’t answer my phone from numbers I don’t recognize. And I certainly don’t listen to voice mails… I figure if it’s important, if its someone I know… they’ll just text me.
Apparently I’m not the only one that prefers to text or chat.
-100 BILLION CHAT messages are sent DAILY!
Insane…
Which is why this just works better for both clients and agents.
It matches the trend in today’s society of “have it now” that we love in other aspects of life like, fast food, amazon prime, movie streaming, credit card debt, etc
Agents… you don’t need a fancy website with crazy automated follow up sequences, you don’t need to hire an ISA to call leads or Expired listings, FSBO’s, NOD’s… You can stop chasing all these leads that don’t answer… and
JUST CHAT!
