Complex systems change work calls for clear design, strong storytelling and tools that people can actually use.

Over the past year, our team partnered with Santa Cruz County Human Services Department’s Family and Children’s Services Division and the Child, Youth & Family Well-Being Partnership to support a major shift in how families are connected to services.

Our work included developing a unified partnership identity — from logo design and messaging to brand guidelines — to support consistent communication across in-person and digital channels.

We also created bilingual collateral materials, including flyers, brochures, stickers and magnets, along with a decision tree to help guide mandated reporters through the process.

To help bring the framework to life, we concepted, wrote and produced two animated videos that explain the system in a clear, accessible way.

Construction fencing and plywood are often temporary, but they're also a chance to connect with the community! Working closely with City of Mountain View, we designed and produced fencing signage and banners to hang at sites under construction or in redevelopment.

These banners give the area a much-needed pop of color and incorporate imagery inspired by Mountain View’s natural landscape. 🦉🌳☀️

Effective public outreach starts with meaningful stories. Our team partnered with Santa Cruz County Human Services Department’s Adult and Long Term Care (ALTC) division to create a series of Public Service Announcements highlighting the people and programs that help support our community. 🎥

The videos share the stories of neighbors who overcame challenges with support from ALTC, along with a spotlight on the essential role of in-home support service workers. Working alongside our video production partner, , we brought these stories to life through scripting, day-of production and post-production.

Our Creative team transformed everyday planters into colorful works of art in Downtown Mountain View through hand-painted and stenciled designs inspired by the city’s natural landscape. Our team not only created the artwork, but also developed the Downtown MV in Motion logo featured throughout the installation. 🎨🌳

These vibrant planters add a welcoming splash of color and local character to the downtown streetscape — proving that even small details can make a big impact. ☀️"
