Focus Group Opportunity: Seeking Active Home Buyers for a Virtual Focus Group About the Santa Fe Real Estate

We are conducting a virtual focus group (via Zoom) to better understand the residential real estate market in Santa Fe. The 60–90-minute session will be held the evening of Thursday, June 29. We are seeking individuals (locals or out-of-towners) who are actively looking to purchase a home in Santa Fe. All who qualify and participate in the virtual focus group will receive $150.

Seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) phone surveyors - $15/hour

We are seeking bilingual surveyors to assist with a phone survey of seniors. The phone surveying will take place over 1-3 weeks in May-June. All work will be done remotely (via phone and/or Zoom).

Applicants should:
• Be able to speak compassionately with seniors
• Be able to speak both Spanish and English fluently (using correct grammar)
• Be able to read and write in Spanish and English
• Be well-spoken and articulate
• Have access to and be comfortable working on a computer
• Be able to attend training via Zoom (on camera)
• Have a phone with unlimited minutes and built-in long distance
• Have a quiet workspace
• Be available to work during the day Monday-Friday
