Most businesses know they need more reviews.
The problem is consistency.
Here's how to automate the review process effectively:
1. Automatically enroll customers
The BCC Method: When emailing an invoice or receipt to a customer, place your custom Paige email address in the BCC field. Paige will read the recipient's information and automatically enroll them in your review campaign.
Full Software Integration: Use Zapier, or Make to connect Paige to your CRM, scheduling tool, or POS software. When a job is marked "complete" in your system, the customer's contact info is pushed to Paige.
Bulk CSV Uploads: If you have an existing list of past clients, you can upload a CSV file with their emails and phone numbers. To prevent Google from flagging your account for suspicious activity, Paige will drip out 2 to 5 requests daily.
2. Create follow-up sequences
If you are sending emails: Connect your Google Workspace or Gmail account. This allows Paige to send the request from your email, so it bypasses spam and builds trust.
If you are sending SMS: You can integrate an SMS provider like Twilio. Text messages have incredibly high open rates, especially for in-home service businesses. If Paige detects both an email and a phone number for a contact, it will automatically prioritize sending a text message.
4. Use automation to draft responses, but allow team members to review sensitive situations.
A strong review system runs consistently, even when your team is busy.
