I’m not a huge fan of showing my face or work on here but this year I’m making it a priority to get out of my introverted shell and share more... So 👋🏼!!

With that said, here’s a little 🤏🏼 peek into how vagabrand started.

I began my side hustle in 2015 in the midst of prepping for a 1-year, round the world trip with my husband. I wanted to create a business I could sustain no matter where our adventures took us. In April 2016, we sold (almost) everything, got rid of our apartment, left our steady jobs, and said goodbye to our dearest friends and families. And, finally, on May 12, 2016 after a year+ of planning and saving, we were off!

I didn’t know what our future was going to hold back then but I knew I wanted to build a foundation that gave me the opportunity to work remotely whenever & wherever I wanted. At first, I was absolutely terrified of the unknown but something deep down inside kept pushing me through the uncertainty and fear.

Fast forward almost 4 years and I couldn’t be happier for listening to my gut and building a business that continues to grow and never fails to challenge me in the best possible ways. It hasn’t been easy as I’m sure a lot of you can relate to, but when you’re passionate about something nothing can get in the way. 💥

Looking forward to growing vagabrand even more in 2020 and finally getting my site up. Seriously, the struggle is real when you have to work on your OWN stuff — am I right?!

Thank you for following along this crazy entrepreneurial journey! 👩🏻💻☕️
