For the past 10 years, Content Manager Christi Womack has helped tell the stories of our destination clients, first as part of the Brand USA team promoting international travel to the U.S. and now for destinations like Chicago, Austin and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Steadfast and dependable, Christi never misses a deadline and strives to make her work the best it can be. Outside of the office, you’ll find her volunteering with her local Rotary Club, cheering on the University of South Florida football team or camping out at a music festival. (She loves jamming out to hard rock!)

At U.S. Travel Association's ESTO Awards last night, we invited attendees on a time-traveling odyssey through the history of American travel.

AnyWhen follows five colleagues whose routine day at the office turns into an accidental tour of the Oregon Trail, Niagara Falls, the World's Fair and more. The eras change, but the pull of travel stays the same. For 250 years, people have always gone looking for something over the horizon, and travel has shaped our lives along the way.

For 20 years, Jenn Duncan has been an important part of Miles' digital success. Having grown through numerous roles across the company, she brings a unique perspective, deep institutional knowledge and an unwavering commitment to both our clients and our teams.

Today, as Director, Digital Product Management & Strategy, Jenn is the steady hand that helps bring complex web projects together, fostering collaboration across disciplines and keeping everyone moving toward a shared goal. Outside of work, she's a proud mom to two daughters and spends time with her husband, Chad, and a lively crew of beloved pets.

For 15 years, Gray Lawry has been Miles’ go-to expert on technology and data (and home appliances) — and the ultimate team player, always looking across departments to spot opportunities and move smart ideas forward.

As CTO, Gray draws on his agency and DMO experience, giving him a clear read on how data drives business decisions and destination success. Naturally curious, he's always chasing what’s next, lately developing AI tools that are changing how our teams and clients work.

When he's not deep in a reporting platform, Gray is usually on the water, sharing his latest home project or spending time with family. Congrats on 15 years, Gray!

From her early days in the creative department to her current role as SVP of Business Development, Elena Prostova has brought thoughtful creativity and adaptability to every chapter of her career. Her background in design and product development still shapes how she builds relationships, spots opportunities and helps Miles grow.

Elena’s tireless work ethic, industry knowledge, passion for innovation and generosity in sharing what she knows make her a trusted resource across the company.

When she's not analyzing an RFP, Elena is often traveling with her family, taking in all the world has to offer. Congratulations on 25 years, Elena!

Content Coordinator Tenzin Tsephel spent a week and a half exploring Scotland and Ireland in mid-June, packing every day with memorable experiences. In Edinburgh, she toured Edinburgh Castle, explored Dean Village and Victoria Street, caught the iconic Harry Potter (Jacobite) train and even got to meet the famous Highland “coos” up close. In Ireland, she visited the Trinity College Library, toured the Guinness Storehouse and took a bus tour through the scenic coastal countryside.

It’s safe to say she made the most of every minute!

Twenty years in, Edward Behen still meets every obstacle with the curiosity, intelligence and creative problem-solving that make him one of the most relied-upon people on our team. As Miles has grown, Ed has helped identify ways technology can free up people's time to focus on higher-value work that improves the business rather than simply maintaining the status quo. Teammates and colleagues across the organization count on him, and for good reason.

Over the past decade, Maggie has worn many hats across our account services team, growing into her current role as an Account Director and becoming a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike. Known for her positive attitude, creative problem-solving and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Maggie brings steady leadership and heart to everything she does. She’s loved by her clients, appreciated by her team and, most importantly, a wonderful mom to her daughter Collins, whose smiling face occasionally brightens the team’s Zoom calls.
