I’m not sure how to properly share or explain how much we loved Milo. Sadly, yesterday we decided to send him to his forever home in heaven.
On Saturday we returned from Vegas after taking the boys to see Depeche Mode (so fun!) and noticed that Milo was acting weird. He didn’t run up to greet us and we noticed he hadn’t been eating like normal. Chris and I immediately took Milo to an emergency vet in Salt Lake. After many hours of waiting, several tests, and lots of money, we found out that Milo had an aggressive form of cancer. Our sweet 10-year-old furry best friend was declining fast so yesterday we made the heart wrenching decision to peacefully let him go. Our family is heartbroken. We were all able to say goodbye in our own ways and stayed with him until his last breath. Our house feels quiet. Empty. Sad.
If you see us and we are crying or have been, now you know why. 😢🐶🫶🏻😭
