When passions collide ❤️ Account Director, and OPR bike aficionado, , is volunteering for the Absa Cape Epic this week. Whether it’s racing, supporting, or in the office, our passions for sport and inclusion run deep.

Known as “the Tour de France of mountain biking,” the Cape Epic is an 8-day mountain bike stage race throughout South Africa’s Western Cape. The race attracts some of the top riders in the sport as well as amateurs and volunteers from around the world. There are 58 countries represented this year!

Huge congratulations to two OPR clients, and who took home a coveted Outdoor Retailer Inspiration Award in Salt Lake this past week!

BUFF won the Manufacturer category and was recognized for its incredible dedication to social and environmental initiatives. To date, the brand has recycled more than 41 million plastic water bottles to make its fan-favorite products.

, Wild Rye's Founder & CEO took home the Emerging Leader award for her impactful work in women's empowerment and helping create equal opportunities for other women entrepreneurs.

Meet Spencer!

Prior to coming to OutsidePR, Spencer gained a unique background of experience working for some of the top wineries in the Napa Valley doing marketing and event management🥂! She ran her way through college(literally) as a member of the UNLV track and cross country teams, and now is passing her skills on to the next generation as an assistant coach at USC. Spencer loves a good hike and watching the occasional sunset in sunny Southern California where she currently calls home.
