THIS is the coolest ice cream truck EVER 🍦❤️ “Sweet Abilities” hires young adults in Wisconsin who have special needs and gives them work experience that focuses on their ABILITIES — not disabilities 🥰

“I want them to know that every person has unique skills and those unique skills can be put towards being successful in a variety of different situations," founder Kristen Corrie said.

Kristen, a special education teacher for 12 years, came up with the idea during the pandemic as a way to keep her students learning. Employees at Sweet Abilities work on money math, talking with customers, and eye contact, just to name a few!

Now, she hopes her business model catches on and inspires more owners to reconsider who they hire when looking for new employees.

Good Morning! 🌞 Wanted to send out a friendly reminder to NOT engage in road-rage...🤯 Surprise Surprise right?!?😲Believe it or not, it's not a good (or safe) activity. We get that there is always two-sides to a story and the other guy deserved it...blah blah blah! 🫣 JUST DON'T DO IT! Yep...that means you have to wave 👋🏼 with all fingers and not brake-check or cut people off. Sorry! More often than not, road-rage ends in disaster. Please be courteous and drive like a grown-up 😃 Happy Monday🤩
