Week 3 of our Facebook Reach Experiment is officially underway 👀📊

This month, Oie and I are running a very intentional social media experiment, and we’re tracking it like a real business decision — not a vibe check.

Because instead of chasing reach, we’re looking for real signals that the right people are finding her.

Here’s what we’re doing this week:

For Week 3, Oie is posting 3 Reels designed to create felt recognition — the kind where someone watches and goes:
“Wait… that’s me.”
or
“I’ve never heard it said like that, but YES.”

Each Reel is built to move people through this pathway:

Recognition → Conversation → Participation

So the goal isn’t “more views.”
The goal is more connection — and ultimately, more aligned people stepping into Share & Shape.

I’m going to say what no one wants to hear… there is no “right way” to represent your business on social media.

I’ve owned Growing Social for almost 3 years and during that time I’ve helped businesses establish their brands online and grow visibility, while keeping the bottom line in mind and consciously tracking ROI.

AND NO TWO BUSINESSES HAVE THE SAME STRATEGY.

When you build a brand and then start to develop that brand in an online space, it’s going to take some experimentation.

I am so excited to work with Oie Dobier at Bloomdocking as she experiments with her content this month to grow past the views and clicks, and focus on lasting connection through messaging that truly resonates with her audience.
