I legit cried while making this pet portrait.

I cried because it made me think of my very first dog. He was a golden retriever named Chance, and he was the absolute BEST dog ever. He would run along side me as I biked to my friends' houses, loved the snow, and never met a stranger. We had him for 15 years, and he'll always hold a special place in my heart.

Pets are part of the family, and it's never easy to say goodbye, but the memories we make with them make it all worth it, don't they?
