Over the last week, we showcased the branding and social media design we did for Made in Savannah over on IG and wanted to share it with y'all here, too! Made in Savannah is a local group that hosts small biz meet-ups in Savannah and the surrounding areas. Its mission is to bring together like-minded creative people to share in friendship, education, and growth. All good things, right?!

Earlier this week I went to an event in Milwaukee called 'Drink and Draw' where a local artist hosts, gives a little presentation on themselves, and then provides the crowd with a prompt on what to draw over the next hour or so.
We could choose from a list of colors, subject matter, and composition. I chose pink & green, objects, and pattern.
There was a disco ball in the room and that made me think of the song 'mirrorball' by Taylor Swift. So, I decided to take some imagery from that song, 'cowboy like me', and the duet she recently did with Ed Sheeran, 'The Joker And The Queen'. This is what I came up with!
As an artistic person who designs for a living, it was so nice to flex my creative muscles and make something that no one commissioned and that I wasn't getting paid for. Turns out, art can just be art!
Today I encourage you to make...anything. Just for fun. Let me know what you decide to do!
