Do I have everything I need to get a proper quote? Before contacting [email protected], Ymou should make sure you have the following information for your custom project:
-Project details including: Garment or Headwear Styles, Color's, Quantities, and Correct Artwork Files. What is the correct artwork file I need for production? Artwork must be high quality vector format, preferably .AI, or .PSD. Please make sure your artwork is vectorized and/or 300 DPI. Artwork should be sized correctly for printing/embroidery. Do you produce samples? We can produce samples for your custom project! Due to time constraints we charge a sample fee of $30 each + any necessary setup and garment charges for your custom project. (Sample Price is good for 1 - 23 Pieces) (SAMPLE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE CUT/SEW)
Can you print over seams, pockets or zippers? No, we cannot. Please design your artwork around these embellishments. Can you fold and bag my order? Yes, we can fold, bag, and even size tag your order! Pricing:

I don’t have a vectorized logo, will this be a issue? If you do not have a vectorized high resolution image for your artwork, We can help! Just ask us for a quote by sending your artwork! Our design team will quote you accordingly! (Quotes vary due to intricacy of design)
What is your standard screen size? Our standard screen can print up to 16" x 20". If your design is bigger then this size, we will need to increase the cost for your custom project. HOURS OF OPERATION:
