Meet Gavin McDonald, our Digital Marketing Manager! ☕

When COVID impacted the travel industry, Gavin made the pivot to automotive marketing, and he’s been driving results ever since. A key leader in innovation, he and his team brought Vehicle Listing Ads (VLAs) in-house for OMG, optimizing operations and delivering major cost efficiencies for our clients. Fueled by espresso, he stays focused on the future of AI in marketing while prizing the creative freedom OMG gives its team. Outside of work, he’s hanging out with his wife and two little ones or playing FIFA!

Laura’s love for strategic thinking and helping others win led her to transform what started as a small, internal auto marketing team into a full-service, thriving agency. Under her leadership, OMG became Tealium's exclusive automotive agency partner in custom CDP building and data architecture consulting—helping auto dealers unlock the power of their first-party data. Laura also leads our public relations and event planning efforts as well! Always forward-thinking, she’s keeps a close eye on the future of LLM paid advertising. Fueled by cold brew or an afternoon Alani, she balances leading our team with chasing her four young kids around (likely in a hockey rink! 🏒)
