This guy right here is a real "winner". Hot his little panties in a wad because he doesn't know how to properly check his email or answer his phone. We are not responsible for calling you 10 times a day when you don't answer our call. This guy is a prime example of why we're burned out. Why we don't want to go to work in the mornings. Why whenever the phone rings, we're worried about what kind of Ken is on the other end. We work hard to make people happy but communication goes both ways. Leaving 1 star reviews at 4am must be the highlight of his day and for this I feel bad for him. But, I'll tell you right now, if I could leave him a 1 star review on Google I would. However I can't. So, I'll just have to leave it here.

Arrogant, entitled, little man syndrome. I knew as soon as he came in he would be a problem. It was a 30 minute conversation with only himself at 2000 decibels because I couldn't get a word in. He was the kind of guy that had "been to 4 other places and couldn't get anyone to do it". Yup. I should have known. The problem isn't that nobody wants to work Ken, the problem is they don't want to work for YOU! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
