Instant InDesign Templates!
“Here’s a tip involving the simple, yet time-saving act of changing file types in the Finder or Explorer.

To quickly convert a regular InDesign document to a template file, simply change the file extension from .indd to .indt. No need to open up the document and export. That’s it!

Adjust Prominent Colors in Photoshop Without Making a Selection

"Photoshop makes it easy to adjust the most prominent colors in a photo—without having to select them! Here’s how:

In the Contextual Task Bar, click Adjust Colors. Photoshop represents the six most common colors in the image in circles on the taskbar.

Click the circle of the color you want to adjust and drag the sliders to change the Hue, Saturation, and/or Lightness.

Bonus tip: To reset the value for any one of the sliders, double-click its name.

In the Story Editor or in the main editing view, you can actually copy-paste a hidden character, even in Preview mode where all the hidden characters are not visible. If you see peculiar characters (perhaps a combination of Hair Space, Em Dash, Indent to Here, and End Nested Style Here) you can copy-paste that whole mess elsewhere in your design. Try it!"
