Client Feature:

Dr. Rachel Schick came to us knowing something wasn’t quite landing. Everything looked good, but it felt safe and a little disconnected from who she actually is. And in cosmetic dentistry, that matters more than people think.

If it doesn’t feel like you, people can tell. We worked with her to build a brand that actually stops the scroll but still feels honest, something that lets her show up with vulnerability while holding her authority. From there it turned into a full rebuild.

We developed her brand name, supported the trademarking process alongside The Lethal Lawyer (), created her logo, redesigned her website, and rebranded everything to match the version of her she’s stepping into. You can’t have high expectations with low investment.
Marketing doesn’t get cheaper when you cut it, it just takes longer to work.

That doesn’t mean everyone starts at the same level. But it is an agency’s job to be honest about what your investment can realistically produce.

Great agencies can do a lot with smaller budgets, but it’s not magic.
And the more we avoid conversations like this, the more marketing gets labeled as something that overpromises and under-delivers.

It’s not the strategy, it’s about honestly and clarity when it comes to expectations.

There’s a very specific genre of “influencer” right now that wants VIP treatment, free services, and zero actual influence, and it’s really put a bad taste in business owners mouths.

Influencer marketing done right is not just selfies, vibes and a desire to be instafamous; it’s a strategic, measurable channel that should drive real visibility and real results.

When Shanna came to us, there was no real social presence, just a strong business that wasn’t being seen. The goal was to showcase what was already happening, build visibility, strengthen credibility, and position her for expansion into new markets.

The dreaded emdash. It's a dead giveaway. Followed by an overuse of emojis✨️and words that put poetry in the 1800s to shame.

Can you believe a human actually wrote this whole caption? We think a shift back to the human touch is coming.

People are getting burnt out on AI, they are starting to realize it's only as good as its user, and it's starting to be easy to spot.

Here is the thing, AI is awesome. It's going to streamline so much of how we do things but it isn't a complete human replacement, and the people using it like that are going to be the first ones to be discredited and disregarded.

As an agency, we know that harnessing AI is necessity, but being able to outsmart it, is what gives us edge.

Don't let AI trick you into relying so heavily on it that you lose your identity.

Rapid fire questions with our founder:

1) What should marketing actually do for a business?
H: Make you money.

2) What does “good” look like beyond likes and views?
H: Perception. How people see you determines if they convert.

3) When do I push a client and when do I pivot?
H: I push when we are brought in as the expert and that expertise is being diluted through questioning and interference.

We pivot when something should be working and isn’t, which means there’s a deeper barrier we need to solve.

4) What mistakes are brands making right now?
H: Relying too heavily on AI.

5) What would I fix first walking into a business?
H: Cohesion. Most brands are disconnected. This is an important first fix.

6) What does a brand need before it’s ready to scale?
H: Clarity. Without it, scale just amplifies confusion.

7) What do you measure that most agencies ignore?
H: Momentum. Not just spikes, but sustained movement in the right direction.

8) What does long term growth actually require?
H: Commitment. Longer than people are comfortable with.
