The article has been a huge success thus far, being shared over 2,000 times in just one week. It has created quite a stir amongst the PR community, sparking a global conversation about how agencies are currently operating. While some some are in stark disagreement, there are a lot of people who think changes to the PR agency model are necessary. Ultimately, I think it's important for there to be checks and balances in every industry and to hold ourselves accountable.
