What you need to know about the Franchise Agreement
First, Franchise agreements are non-negotiable! Do not enter into the investigation processor Federal Disclosure Document review with the expectation that you’ll be able to negotiate alower royalty, marketing fund contribution or anything else. Franchisors will not negotiate thesepoints.
