Thoughts???? Video shown in court this week captured the moment a speeding Mercedes tore through a busy Los Angeles intersection at 130 mph, killing six people in seconds. 😢🙏

Here’s the story 👇

On August 4, 2022, former traveling nurse Nicole Linton allegedly ran a red light at the intersection of Slauson and La Brea going 130 mph, slamming into another vehicle and causing a fiery explosion.

The crash killed 23-year-old Asherey Ryan, her unborn child, her 11-month-old son Alonzo Quintero, her fiancé Reynold Lester, 43-year-old Nathesia Lewis, and her friend, 38-year-old Lynette Noble. Eight others were injured.

Linton’s trial began this week. She faces six counts of murder and five counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence. If convicted on all counts, she faces life in prison.
The trial is expected to last at least six weeks.

An entire family gone in an instant. A baby who never got the chance to be born.

Thoughts??? A suspect stole a Dayton police cruiser and slammed it through an occupied home. Two residents were hospitalized. Then it got worse. 😳🙏

Here’s the story 👇

It started with carjacking attempts on I-75 in Moraine. Officers PIT-maneuvered a stolen Toyota the suspect was driving. He ran, circled back, jumped into an empty patrol cruiser, and took off. That cruiser ended up crashing straight through a home on Greenway Street, injuring two residents inside.

After the crash, the suspect allegedly bit an officer and tried to grab a gun. Seven officers were hurt in total. The suspect was also hospitalized.

The next day, a welfare check in Miami Township uncovered a woman shot dead inside her home. Her car was missing. Investigators have now tied the same suspect to her killing.
Two innocent residents hurt in their own home. Seven officers injured. A woman dead. All within 24 hours.

Be honest... is this the most South Philly thing you’ve ever seen??? 😂

A Route 47 bus got stuck sinking into freshly poured concrete on South Eighth Street outside Termini Bros.

Two people reportedly hopped off just to move the street barricades so the bus could pass, right into the wet slab. The concrete had only been down for two minutes.

Thoughts???? A 76-year-old woman trusted the staff at her senior living facility to care for her. Instead, she died from injuries her caregiver caused. 💔

Here’s the story 👇

At Story Point Senior Living in Mequon, Wisconsin, staff member Abrianna Clark, 28, pushed a 76-year-old resident to the ground after the woman allegedly hit her with a ruler and broke her glasses.
The fall broke the woman’s femur.

Clark initially admitted to pushing her, telling a coworker “I pushed her” about five times. But when police arrived, she changed her story completely, claiming she never touched the woman and that she had simply fallen in the bathroom on her own.

The victim’s injury led to fatal complications months later. The medical examiner ruled her cause of death a “complication of left hip fracture.”

Prosecutors say the resident “appeared to be fearful of Clark” even before that day. Afterward, Clark allegedly warned coworkers, “If anybody snitch on me, I’m going to get on that.”

Clark was convicted of second-degree reckless homicide and sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by 10 years of extended supervision.

This woman was in the care of people paid to protect her. Instead, her life ended because of it.

Here’s the story 👇

Richard Troshak worked at the Chester Early Childhood Learning Academy in Virginia. He filmed himself sexually abusing children in his care and shared the footage with another teacher, Shaun Jason Adams, who did the same and shared his own recordings back.

At sentencing, Troshak’s attorney argued that his client’s Ehlers-Danlos syndrome diagnosis should be taken into account. Judge David Johnson was not moved. Troshak received 565 years, with 110 suspended, leaving him with an active sentence of 455 years.

Adams pleaded guilty separately and was sentenced to 190 years, with 160 suspended, meaning he will serve 30 years.
These were young children who trusted the adults responsible for their care. Their families placed that trust in a school, and it was betrayed in the worst possible way.
Is a sentence like this enough to bring these families any sense of justice? 👇

Thoughts??? Chris Brown’s dog mauled his housekeeper so badly she suffered permanent disfigurement, vision loss, and nerve damage. A jury awarded her $13 million. Now he’s fighting to avoid even showing up in court. 😤

Here’s the story 👇

In 2020, Maria Avila was taking out the trash at Chris Brown’s home when his 200lb Caucasian Shepherd, Hades, attacked her. The dog ripped off large chunks of her skin. Surgeons had to graft skin from her abdomen just to repair her arm.
Instead of calling 911 or staying to help, Brown left the scene. He later testified he was afraid of a “media circus” if his voice ended up on the emergency call. He left his employees to handle it.

After a two-week trial, a jury found Brown and his company liable for negligence and awarded Avila $13 million. A judge ruled she can collect from his tour profits until it’s paid.

Now, Brown is refusing to appear for a court-ordered examination about his finances, claiming his tour schedule with Usher makes it impossible and that Las Vegas is too far from the Van Nuys courthouse.

She lost part of her face. He’s citing a scheduling conflict.
