Proper preparation is everything. 👌

Prepping the wood gates on our 9,000 sq. ft. Paradise Valley project before we begin the refinishing process.

Removing the old, deteriorated coating now gives us the proper foundation for the steps that follow — drying, additional surface prep, priming and painting.

It’s the work underneath the paint that makes the difference.

🏡 New project underway in Paradise Valley, Arizona!

We just started the complete exterior repaint of this beautiful 9,000 sq. ft. home.

Today was all about proper preparation. Before pressure washing, our crew carefully wrapped and tied back the surrounding plants and vegetation with canvas drop cloths to protect the landscaping while giving us the access needed to properly clean and prepare the exterior.

We pressure washed the home and the wood gates to remove dirt, oxidation and loose or failing coatings. Pressure washing also helps expose cracks, damaged stucco and other areas that need to be properly repaired before painting begins.

On a project like this, the finished paint job is only as good as the preparation underneath it.

We’ll be sharing more from this Paradise Valley project as we move through the stucco repairs, surface preparation and painting process!

Rain outside can quickly turn into repairs inside. 🌧️🏠

We’re in the Desert Mountain community in Scottsdale repairing drywall damage to the ceiling and walls caused by a roof leak. Once the leak is corrected, proper drywall repair and preparation are key to making the damage disappear before repainting.

Another interior getting put back together the right way. 👍

Another interior project underway in the Desert Mountain community in Scottsdale!

A recent roof leak caused drywall damage to the ceiling and walls in this home. Our crew is repairing the damaged areas, properly preparing the surfaces, and getting everything ready for repainting.

With the rain we’re getting around the Valley right now, water damage like this is something homeowners may start noticing. Once the source of the leak is corrected, we can take care of the drywall repairs, prep, and painting to get the interior looking right again.
