Completed a 5K 🏃‍♀️ and got a haircut.

Keeping fit has always been one of my strategies for managing the pressure that comes with leadership. When you’re building a company, teaching, and advising women founders as they grow their businesses, there is a constant mental load that comes with the work.

For me, movement is one of the ways I do that. It helps me clear my head, reset mentally, and come back with better focus and stronger thinking.

And I’ve also learned to respect the quieter resets, a haircut, a walk, a pause - small things that make a real difference over time.

If you’re feeling that pressure, start small. Sustainability is built through what you can actually keep doing.

There are founders already operating at a high level.

They have clients who trust them deeply, results they can stand behind, and businesses that are already working.

But outside their immediate network, they are still not being seen as the authority they already are.

Not because they lack credibility or strength in their work.

But because visibility does not automatically grow with capability.

Most founders are taught how to build and deliver in their business, but not how to position their expertise so it reaches decision makers, media platforms, and industry spaces where credibility is amplified.

So even when the business is ready for more visibility, the founder is often not yet equipped with the language or strategy to step into it.

That is where opportunities quietly get missed.

Not in the work itself, but in how it is communicated beyond the business.
