I finally had time to use my ban saw and cut some big Ole pork steaks! My favorite way to eat pork steak is with cajun style butter beans and rice so thats what well have for the rest of this week!
Crispy southern fried house cut pork steak served with cajun style butter beans, jasmine rice, collard greens, and sweet cornbread.
Ill also add this to the Doordash menu, just order the butter bean plate and add the pork steak! Yall have a great evening!
