I hear this more often than you might think...
"We can't afford a social media manager, but can you teach our admin how to post instead?"
And the truth is... I completely understand. Small businesses are watching every dollar.
But here's the problem: **Posting isn't the same thing as marketing.**
Anyone can upload a photo or write a caption.
Knowing what to post, when to post it, how to create engagement, generate conversations, and turn followers into customers? That's the strategy that actually grows a business.
If your budget is tight, investing in education for your team can absolutely be a smart move. Just remember that learning the tools and developing a strategy are two different things.
