Join us for an unforgettable experience at our Yoga Summer Camp! Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, reconnect with nature, or simply unwind, this is your chance to escape and rejuvenate. If you are interested in attending but these dates don't work for you, please let us know.

Package includes:
- 2 Night Stay in a rustic cabin
- 1 Potluck Dinner
- 1 Dinner prepared by chef Vidal
- 2 Continental Breakfasts
- Daily yoga and mediation
- Guided nature walk
- There will also be free time to explore the area or relax at the peaceful sanctuary. This time is for you!

Join me for a relaxing winter yoga and sound bath!

Join us next month for a deeply nourishing evening as we prepare to welcome the winter solstice with a special Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath event. This 75-minute session will guide you through gentle restorative yoga poses, allowing you to unwind, relax, and reflect as we transition into the quiet and introspective energy of the winter season.

Our practice will begin with a guided meditation, setting intentions for the solstice and creating space for renewal. You’ll then move through a series of restorative poses, designed to promote relaxation and alignment, helping you release any lingering tension from the year.

To close, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments, which will help you sink into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.

No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your mat, a blanket, pillow/bolster, and an open heart as we embrace the winter solstice together.

Join us for a transformative Chakra Balancing Yoga Workshop designed to align your body, mind, and spirit through yoga and sound healing.

This workshop will guide you through a guided meditation, education workshop to learn about each chakra, and transition into a series of intentional poses carefully chosen to activate and balance the seven chakras, or energy centers, within your body.

The workshop will culminate in a deeply restorative savasana, where you'll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of a sound bath. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments, the sound bath will help to harmonize and balance your chakras, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and energetically aligned.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to the concept of chakras or looking to deepen your understanding and practice. Come with an open heart and mind, and leave with a renewed sense of balance, clarity, and inner peace.
