And yet another year where, on average, a Latina makes less than a white, non-Hispanic male. 🙄

Currently, full-time Latina workers earn only 52 cents to every dollar earned by a white, non-Hispanic male which means Latinas will need to work until they’re 90 YEARS OLD to earn as much as what a white, non-Hispanic male makes by the time he’s 60.

Latinas are one of the fastest growing groups in the workplace; they’re out here slaying the game and hustling in so many different industries that help grow our economy and they have hella purchasing power, as they’re typically the primary decision makers in household spending.

This is why we need to continue raising awareness and speaking up about equal pay. By closing the wage gap, not only can we strengthen the economy but we can help provide more economic security to Latina workers and their families.

We’re back to business, baby. Did you miss us?! 😉

Three weeks of rest and relaxation is just what we needed to come back feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of 2023. During this time, we did a lot of reflecting about what is truly important for us, our goals, and where we see KBCS going in the future.

We’re slowly easing back in this week, checking in with our team and prepping for client projects starting in the near future, but changes are already underway and let’s just say, we’re stoked to be back. ✨
