Wayfarer Complex - Architectural - Seattle, WA

The Wayfarer is a Vulcan Real Estate development located in Seattle's Yesler Terrace neighborhood close to the International District, Pioneer Square, and Downtown. A beautiful job was done with the interiors by Vida Design.

Mason & Main Complex - Seattle, WA

Mason & Main is a new two building complex in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood of Seattle. Locations nearby include Historic Pioneer Square, the International District (mostly Chinese Culture), and the Downtown Waterfront. The client wanted images that represented these nearby neighborhoods. The collection is about 75 images in all with the bulk of them being 3’ X 2’ framed prints and some larger. Two images were used to create full wall murals in the fitness rooms of each building.

Kado NW Complex - Portland, OR

I really liked this complex developed by Holland Partner Group in the Northwest District of Portland. Vida Design did a fabulous job with the interiors. I liked how the main lobby had four distinctly different areas to sit down, yet with clever use of room dividers the lobby as a whole still had an open feel to it. Portland is known for its “Makers” culture. So it makes sense that this complex got a nice big Makers Room. I know if I lived there I’d make use of this room often.

Center Steps Complex - Fine Art - Seattle, WA

Center Steps is a beautiful Apartment Complex situated across from Seattle Center which was built for the 1962 World’s Fair. The Center is home to the Space Needle, Opera House, Climate Pledge Arena, Museum of Pop Culture among other things.
The client wanted images that showcased Seattle Center. All 36 images in the collection are places or objects in or across the street from the Center and are displayed as framed large format paper prints or floated prints bonded to acrylic.

Jackson Complex - Seattle, WA

The Jackson is located in the Central District neighborhood of Seattle and was developed by Vulcan Real Estate. Interiors were nicely done by Vida Design Portland. So many great looks within one complex made for fun shooting!

Spire Complex - Fine Art- Seattle, WA

Spire is a beautiful 41 story condominium hi-rise near downtown Seattle. Displayed here are highlights of thirty-nine 6’ X 4’ framed black & white images I provided for the elevator lobbies at Spire. I provided a handful of color framed images in various sizes for amenities areas as well.

Astor Complex - Fine Art - Tacoma, WA

I was asked to capture imagery from around Tacoma for the newly created Astor Complex. This historic hi-rise was built in 1925 as the Washington Bank building and still is the second tallest building in Tacoma. It now features beautifully appointed apartment residences with some great amenities including a Speakeasy inside the original antique bank vault.
Thirty six large format framed images in all distributed throughout the corridors and amenity spaces.

The Lake House
It was quite a task to shoot this in one day as staging was being put together at the same time. But it was a pleasure to document this newly built seven bedroom home above Lake Kachess in the mountains east of Seattle. Very impressive place with Design Elements by Sechrist Design and architecture by Studio Meng Strazarra. The exterior wasn’t quite ready for shooting, but I'll look forward to shooting that as well at some point.
