A little break from PR news to introduce a very sweet face 🤍

Little Dog Rescue is an organization we’re proud to support, and our founder, Erin, has been fostering one of its adoptable dogs: Butterfly, affectionately known as Butter.

This 5-year-old, 13-pound girl loves cuddles, dinner and lounging near her people—with a few zoomies mixed in. She’s been wonderful with Erin’s kids and dogs and is slowly discovering the comforts of life in a home.

Butter is still working on potty training and feeling comfortable alone. She’d thrive with patient adopters who are home much of the day and can help her build confidence.

Butter and many other dogs at Little Dog Rescue are looking for loving homes. If you’ve been considering adoption, take a look—you might meet your newest family member. 🐾

We are thrilled to see IRONMAN 70.3 Washington Tri-Cities featured in Seattle magazine — and even more proud of the Tri-Cities athletes and community members at the heart of the story.

“Finding Fortitude Through Triathlon” shares the stories of local triathlon coach Jennifer Comfort and Chris Littrell, exploring how endurance sport can build community, resilience and connection that extends far beyond race day.

And there’s plenty to celebrate about the course itself. More than 2,000 athletes will take on a 1.2-mile swim down the Columbia River, a 56-mile ride through Tri-Cities w**e country and a 13.1-mile run finishing at Columbia Point Park on September 20. That run course was named the best overall run course globally in the 2025 IRONMAN Athletes’ Choice Awards. 🏆

As Jennifer Comfort Coaching told the talented Haley Shapley, Writer/Editor at Seattle magazine, “This race showcases our corner of southeastern Washington really well.”

We couldn’t agree more. ❤️

Savor the flavors of Whidbey and Camano Islands while celebrating Eat Local Month!

From Penn Cove mussels to Hubbard squash, September brings an abundance of fall flavors to Whidbey and Camano Islands. All month long, Eat Local Month celebrates local farms, artisan food producers and island-grown produce through pop-up events, workshops and harvest experiences.

Visitors can taste their way through the Whidbey Island Grown Farm and Food Trail, connecting travelers to local farm stands, restaurants, w**eries and markets. Meet the growers and makers behind the islands’ bountiful harvest through seasonal tastings and festivals including:

Sept. 5 - 6: Camano C***rfest
Sept. 12: Greenbank Farm Harvest Faire
Sept. 19: Whidbey Island C***r Festival
