The studio is founded/owned by Shayla Hufana, a Filipina artist, graphic designer & creative director. ConceptShell is a small art and design studio in Seattle, WA with expertise in visual arts /and graphic design. The studio was founded in 2011 and is owned by Shayla Hufana, who strives to bring intention, passion and quality to each project. Shayla is a q***r, Filipina-American artist and multid

isciplinary graphic/visual designer from Seattle, WA. She has 15+ years of professional experience working as a designer, art/creative director, and production artist in a wide range of industries including aerospace, food/bar, healthcare, makeup and beauty, luxury retail, sports, nonprofits and more. Since 2022, Shayla has been working with nonprofit organizations, Urban ArtWorks and RAVE Foundation (official charitable arm of the Seattle Sounders). She designs, illustrates and paints public art that help tell stories, break systemic barriers, inspire and empower people in/around the Seattle community. ConceptShell has been grateful for the opportunities to work with and learn from a wide range of different companies/clients such as Boeing, City of Seattle, Nordstrom, The Residency, WNBA Seattle Storm and Whole Foods. Meet our new intern, Morgan! 🌟

“Hello, my name is Morgan Wong, and I’m Chinese American, born and raised in Sunnyvale, California. I’m currently finishing my final year of undergrad at Seattle University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Design. My studies include interdisciplinary design, including graphic design with hints of UX/UI design and industrial design. I have many potential visions for my future, but my ultimate aspiration is to find something that I can do passionately and unapologetically.

I’m excited to start this new chapter in my life with this amazing opportunity working with ConceptShell as a new intern. I’m looking forward to learning the ins and outs of creative thinking and design through ConceptShell. I’m so honored to be mentored by Shayla, and I’m eager to learn from her wisdom. I hope to learn not just new things about design, but also new things about myself through this experience.”

2nd post: I got the chance to design the 2026 Sounders FC Season Ticket Alliance Member (STM) scarf.🧣 Here are the real scarf photos shown online (note with the new Alliance member 2️⃣6️⃣ graphic).

During this process, I was working on a separate project with the Duwamish Tribe, which inspired pieces of my vision for both this scarf and my recent FIFA poster design. Swipe to read more about the story behind my two final designs. ➡️

I tried to stay off Reddit, but ended up reading some good reactions surprisingly 👀🙏🏽… they’ve popped up on eBay too. 🤣 Excited to finally grab mine this weekend!
