Guidelines
*Available under the “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021”
*Must have between 5 and 500 employees who are not owners or relatives.
*Who qualifies: Businesses that experienced a decline in quarterly gross receipts of 50% (in 2020) or 20% (in 2021) compared to the same quarters in 2019 – OR – Businesses whose operations were fully or partially suspended due to a COVID-19 related government order.
*Our CPA strategic partner recovered $250 million in refunds last year and is on schedule to recover well over $750 million this year.
