I do a lot of writing in my employer branding work. A holdover activity from my previous business iteration is messaging and editing for companies and non-profits. I think it's helpful for professionals to develop a framework for what makes them happy at work. Assess it when you are happy, not when you are dissatisfied. And when making a career decision, always index toward those factors.
