Excuses I have used to not show up for myself…

Drink coffee to NOT FEEL tired.
Drink wine to NOT FEEL stress.
scrolling to NOT FEEL lonely.
CONSTANTLY trying to alter how I felt instead of responding to my bodies cries and basic human needs.

Before and after of emotional transformation is tricky to show.

Not an expert just another maxed out mom who lost herself serving everyone else became miserable the rebuilt joy from the ground up.

In my current season it looks a lot like …

rest > surviving on coffee
regulation > numbing
regularly fueling my body with nourishing food > restriction OR mindless eating
movement that feels good > HIIT
face to face friendships > only online interactions

Have you found yourself needing to flip the script but don’t know where to start? I sat in that space for far too long.

When I finally got thru it, I put together a guide that any and every struggling mama can use to bring more peace & joy into life and motherhood.

Let’s flip the script on what a midlife crisis looks like! Building up ourselves, our marriages and families because we care well for ourselves!? That’s counter culture. Join me?

It’s simple and it’s life changing and I’d LOVE to share it with you today!

Comment JOY and I’ll send over the details.

Tiny signs you’re living on autopilot…

1. You reach for your phone before you notice the sunset.
Not because you needed it… just because it’s become automatic.

2. You rush through the “good parts.”
You hurry the walk, the bedtime story, the coffee on the porch because your mind is already on what’s next.

3. You can’t remember the last thing that made you laugh out loud.
Not a polite smile. A real, uncontrollable laugh.

4. Every free minute becomes another task.
Five unexpected minutes? You immediately start folding laundry instead of asking yourself what you need.

5. You say “I’m just tired” when what you really mean is… you’ve forgotten what fills you back up.💔

6. You end the day wondering where it went.
You got everything done, but somehow don’t remember actually being in your day.

moms do not need more pressure.

we need more permission.

Permission to pause.
To notice.
To laugh.
To enjoy the life we’re already living.
