We are proud to help Legal Voice raise national awareness of first-in-the-nation lawsuit. Legal Voice, advocates for justice and gender liberation, filed a groundbreaking lawsuit against the State of Idaho, alleging that the recently passed 'Abortion Travel Ban', §18-623, offends both the First Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment due process clause, and the right to travel within and between states. Idaho, known for some of the strictest abortion laws in the Nation, is now the first state to make it illegal for an adult to help a minor obtain an abortion across state lines. Congratulations to our Founder Amalia who received a 2022 Marketing All-Stars award from ThinkNW. The award recognizes top marketing leaders in the Northwest. Early in the fall, ThinkNW put the call out for nominations. Amalia was nominated for the collaborative listening culture she's created at TVA, along with the pursuit of racial, social, and environmental equity throughout her work, which has set a standard and had a large impact on the regional advertising industry. 

Amalia was honored at ThinkNW's Wrap Party in Portland amongst some of the the top agencies in the region. A nice way to end 2022!

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month from TVA! Although celebrating the many achievements and contributions of all Hispanic and LatinX Americans is something we do daily. It's nice to reflect on those contributions and the many more to come from future generations.

We also aknowledge the celebration of independencia that many of our friends and family will be celebrating from Costa Rica, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Chile. Lots to celebrate this month!
