I see many entrepreneurs spend so much time chasing new customers while neglecting the people who are already paying them.

They focus on getting the next sale instead of making sure the current customer has a great experience.

That is backwards.

Deliver what you promised. Solve problems quickly. Make people feel valued.

A customer who feels valued, gets a great experience, and sees you deliver on your promises can become far more valuable than a one-time transaction.

They come back. They leave reviews. They recommend you to friends. They become your unpaid sales force.
