• Analyze vacancy data and adjust strategy

• Photograph properties and shoot video tours
• Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google
• Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy

• Build full marketing campaigns: digital, social, print, signage, mailers
• Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights to measure results
• Adjust strategy based on ad performance and ROI
• Maintain dashboards and performance reports

✅ Traditional Marketing
• Coordinate print campaigns, signage, flyers, and brochures
• Manage vendor relationships and timelines

✅ Team Leadership & Hiring
• Lead hiring and onboarding of marketing assistants/interns
• Delegate tasks and support marketing team growth

🔍 You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
• 2+ years marketing experience (CRE experience a plus)
• Strong writing, visual design, and content creation skills
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Experience with CRM tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Reliable transportation for property visits and media capture
