The challenge may still be there—but so is the path forward.

Today is launch day! 🎉

I’m excited to share that I’m a contributing author in the newly released book, Journal of a Visionary: Strategies for Next-Level Mindset and Manifestation.

This chapter is especially meaningful because it was written during one of the busiest seasons of my life.

Between launching my own book, running a business, spending countless hours at sporting events, and juggling all the responsibilities that come with work and family, finding the time to write wasn’t always easy. But this project was important to me, and I’m honored to have contributed to it.

In Chapter 16, “The Future is Fractional: A New Model for HR and the Modern Workplace,” I share my perspective on how fractional leadership is reshaping organizations and creating new opportunities for businesses, HR professionals, and the future of work.
