I’ve always believed that creativity has the power to connect people, tell stories, and change the way we see the world. What started as a lifelong love for photography slowly evolved into something bigger—something rooted in community, storytelling, and supporting others in their own journeys. Today, Shado Rose is a multi-dimensional brand built on heart, hustle, and the desire to help people show up confidently in every area of life. I’m a designer, a boutique owner, a branding partner, a PR representative, a business coach, and a life coach. Every role I take on is fueled by the same mission: to empower others, celebrate their stories, and help them step into their fullest potential. My Approach
Whether I’m behind the camera, designing a logo, building apparel for a brand, or helping a client refine their business strategy, I show up with intention, honesty, and energy. I’m known for bringing upbeat, encouraging, “hype-girl” energy into every project—and I believe in making every session or service enjoyable, collaborative, and comfortable. My storefront was designed as a place for others to shine—a platform for people with big dreams and limited exposure to be discovered, celebrated, and connected. Last night I had the opportunity to attend the Green & Gold Gala at Lambeau Field benefiting Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin 💚💛
Of course, spending an evening at Lambeau & getting to hang out with a few Packers alumni is pretty dang cool 😉🏈
But what makes this event so special is what the night is really about!
Family Services is doing incredibly important work right here in Northeast Wisconsin, supporting children, individuals & families through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
From mental health & crisis services to supporting survivors of sexual assault and child abuse, early childhood programs, recovery services & so much more these are resources our community truly needs!!

Last year alone, Family Services served more than 7,800 individuals through the programs supported by the Green & Gold Gala & responded to more than 129,000 crisis contacts

Events like this are such a great reminder that behind all the fun, fancy clothes, football legends & incredible setting is a much bigger purpose: taking care of the people in our own community 💚

You don’t have to attend a gala or make a huge donation to make a difference. Every contribution helps Family Services continue to Protect. Heal. Care.

Going through all these senior pics lately has me reminiscing, hard!!

So here's a little throwback to my ✨ FAVORITE ✨ Graduation ceremony pic from my bonus daughter, Kayla's graduation at Kaukauna HS 🧡

It's so hard to wrap my head around the fact she's in her THIRD year of college!!
I am so proud of the woman she is becoming, the incredible head she has on her shoulders & overall, just being a really good human!
I love seeing her excitement, the determination and drive she has as she enters her career in healthcare & I KNOW that if you ever have her as a nurse, you will be in great hands!!

I may not have been able to be apart of her life for all the early years, but I am super proud to be cheering her on for the rest of mine!

So proud of you KBV! Keep climbing & Keep being you! 🧡💖

Tonight was a tough one.It rained from beginning to end. Players were battling through injuries, others were hurt along the way & there were plenty of frustrating moments that tested everyone on that field.
The final score was 14–0 but that number doesn’t really tell the story I witnessed from my perspective, not just as a parent or a photographer, but as a football fan who appreciates good sportsmanship.
I watched a sophomore, Dylan Ford accidentally knock one of the opposing player’s helmets off during a play...In a game where some big feelings could have easily taken over, Dylan picked it up & held it out for him.
It was such a simple gesture, but to me it said everything about the kind of athlete he is & not just that, but the kind of program these young men represent; and the product of an incredible coaching staff too.
I watched coaches continue to lead without tearing their players down. I watched this team CONTINUE showing up, continue fighting & never stopped carrying themselves with dignity despite the noise around them and when the final whistle blew, the Ghosts were already crossing the field to shake hands before the official postgame line had even formed
Not just as a fan, or a "step" parent or someone privileged to photograph this team, but as just a person watching these young men grow, I literally can't even begin to say how incredibly proud I was, and still am
Winning matters, of course it does - that's half the fun right?But how you carry yourself when the game isn’t going your way reveals wayyy more than a scoreboard ever could!!
Tonight our Ghosts showed heart. They showed discipline. They showed sportsmanship. They showed class.
They may not have won the game but these are the attitudes that build champions!!
The scoreboard records the score but character tells the story
